Darren Durbin
Managing Director
With over 25 years experience across IT management, support, infrastructure and software development, Darren takes an active role in all our major projects, whilst overseeing the development of the staff and the business. Darren is always happy to discuss projects with both current and potential customers to ensure we provide a great match for the customer’s requirements.
Simon Hansford
IT Support Director
Simon’s role within icode is to ensure that the overall level of support that we give to our clients is the best it can be.
Having joined icode systems as an IT engineer he progressed to his current role of IT Support Director in 2020. His knowledge and 15+ years of experience help him to manage the technical team as well as other responsibilities including designing and delivering projects for our clients.
Nick Lewis
Senior IT Support
Nick is our Senior IT support here at icode systems, he is responsible for providing high level support to our clients, delivering on project work and supporting the rest of the technical team when required.
Nick has a great deal of experience in the IT industry and excels in networking and database design / management alongside his excellent day to day IT support skills.
Tom Kerr
Junior IT Support Engineer
Tom joined icode as an apprentice and quickly picked up the skills required to support a wide variety of client businesses. Recently he completed his first Microsoft exam with a view to obtaining an MCSE certification.
He currently is responsible for handling client IT requests on a 1st line basis.
Eric Yim
Developer
Eric works in our software development team, primarily as a back-end developer. With many years of experience across enterprise ERP and Accounting systems, both from integration and development standpoints, Eric takes the lead in our customer software development projects.
Michael Williams
Developer
The newest member of the team, Michael works in the software development department focusing on UI development. Bringing many years of experience in general IT, Michael blends UI development with a technical background to produce great user experiences.
Kirsten
Office Manager
Kirsten is our highly capable Office Manager; she is responsible for looking after the day to day of the business. This includes accounts, administration and office management roles.
She is dedicated, hardworking and adaptable, all in all a valued member of our team!
